Review: MR. MIKE AT KANDY KUSTOMS HAS BEEN PROMISING SINCE SEPTEMBER 2015 TO HAVE MY CAR COMPLETED WITH REPAIRS. KANDY KUSTOMS HAS HAD MY VEHICLE SINCE JULY AND GO AUTO HAS PAID IN FULL TO HAVE ALL REPAIRS DONE. I HAVE YET TO HAVE MY VEHICLE. MR. MIKE PROMISED AS OF 11/14/15 THAT I WOULD HAVE A RENTAL UNTIL ALL REPAIRS HAVE BEEN DONE. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE 11/14/15, A PROMISED TEXT THAT HE WAS WORKING ON GETTING ME A RENTAL.I NEED AND WANT MY CAR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE ALL REPAIRS DONE AND RECEIPTS OF ALL REPAIRS.

I have not heard from him since the day he received the letter from Revdex.com. He is pissed off and I still don't have my vehicle

Review: On July 9, 2013, I paid the mechanic at Kandy Kustoms Auto Collisions a deposit of $250.00 for the repair of the bumper on the 2007 Suzuki Reno. According to the staff, the approximate time needed for the new bumper to be shipped to their place of business would be a couple of weeks. I was notified of its arrival July 23. On August 14, after numerous delays to begin repairs, I was told the wrong bumper had been purchased and more time would be needed to obtain the correct one. However, despite repeated phone calls and visits, I was unable to receive a clear answer as to the status of the new bumper. This went on for several weeks. On August 26, the mechanic told me that the correct bumper had arrived to their place of business, but needed to be painted before it could be placed on the vehicle. On August 30, I called Kandy Kustoms Auto Collisions to inquire about the status of the new bumper. I called twice on this day; the first time I called, no one answered, so I left a message, which no one responded to. The second time, someone did answer, but hung up on me after I identified myself and asked for the mechanic responsible for repairs. I was never contacted again.Desired Settlement: I am asking for Kandy Kustoms Auto Collisions to complete the repairs to the 2007 Suzuki Reno. If requested repairs to the vehicle cannot be completed, then the $250.00 must be refunded immediately.

Review: On Dec 20 2015 I brought my car to the shop to get repaired after an accident the insurance company paid to get it fixed I was given a rental on the 19th of Dec 2015 while my car was in the shop on jan 12 enterprise rental car called to return the rental I called kandy kustoms to let them there asking for the rental is my car ready the guy Mike said no he said the adjustor Mike D[redacted] came that same day and knew my car was still in the shop that he also was doing a supplement feb 23 enterprise calls again I jave a balance I called kandy kustoms and mike said again he spoke to mike D[redacted] and repeated the same thing I spoke to mike D[redacted] and his manager they never received anything from kandy kustoms to why my car was in the shop so long that they where not paying the $400 rental balance kandy kustoms should pay that balance and reimburse me my money that I paidDesired Settlement: Reimbursement of rental balance

Review: I paid Mr.[redacted]e to fix the hail damage on my van.I explained to him that I couldn't afford to get a rental and due to my disability I can only be without my vehicle for one week. He agree to do the work within a week time.After he cashed my check he wouldn't answer my phone calls.My van was still parked out side his shop with white circles around the hail damage.Desired Settlement: What ever I owe him I would like that to be deducted and the remainder of my money return to me.

Review: My truck been in the shop for three months or more, and it's still not done right. He told me to bring my truck back in an two weeks, but it have been two months. He don't answer my phone calls and when I go there he send someone out to tell me he's busy. He's been paid $6,000 to fix the truck and he only done a $500 dollar job. I would like to get my money back so I can bring it to a different shop to fix my truck. Review: This company was reffered to me by a coworker.She told me he do go work on cars.The next day I met with him, he told he could do the job once he saw the damages. Also my car was wreck in almost the same place so as finish looking at the damages he tells me that the other repair shop didn't fix my car properly. He said I can do it but you need to call the other repair shop. Time and time when on so now I'm calling and texting Kandy Kustom no answer maybe a day later. He tells me ok your car will be teady tommorow at 12noon call and text no answer,it's 12:30 I pull up to Kandy Kustom my car never been touched! We argue for about 10 15 mins I tell him to give me the check and I can take my car to another repair he said no I already brought the parts I ok when will my car be ready he saud bout 6pm call you first.No call I called Kandy Kustoms bout 5 -6 times no answer. The next day I call no answer he calls back bout a hour and says your car is ready but before u get here your bumper different color from your car.When I get to the repair shop my car is not complete it was dirty the bumper different color my taillights was secured properly I have gaps in between the trunk and taillights,my passaenger rear view mirror was suppose to be replace with another cover it was replaced.And he gives me a check and say this for your mirror.This work was unsatisfactory and incomplete.Im very very unhappy.Desired Settlement: Whatever the damages are worth to be repaired properly
