Coopers had received my Jeep Compass in Dec After having it for almost months, we got the jeep back for it to only be partially fixedThe outside looked greatBut the rest was not fixed rightThey had it aligned right before we got it back at the end of Feb 2016, and by Sept it needed aligned againAfter getting it aligned, the garage told us that there was too much damage done for it to be aligned properlyI called *** back to tell them that there was still damage that needed fixWe took it to a garage in *** ***They took the jeep apart to see everything that needed doneThey would get new pieces in for the alignment only to realize that more damage was done and they needed more partsOne part that needed fixed was the fender bracketAfter Coopers gave us back the jeep in Feb, the bumper was not on right so I called *** and they told me they would order a brand new one because Coopers said that it was not on right since it was a refurbish
