Kane Plumbing and Heating replaced the shower hardware for my master bath I was charged a very large amount and when I consulted with other local plumbers they felt my bill was exorbitantly high I asked for a copy of the receipts and was told I could not have themHowever, since the hardware was of very good quality and the plumber, reputable, I paid with no complaintMy tub (if filled full) leaks into my basement as soon as I pull the drainHe came and fixed it, but it continues to have the same issue And less than months of the hardware being replaced, the drain cover rustedI called to have both issues looked at/replaced and there was never a replyI sent emails (including a photo of the rusted drain cover in one email) and left a voicemail onceNone of my requests for a follto fix the issues were returned I am dismayed that I now need to hire someone else to repair these issuesI would prefer to use someone who stands by their job and corrects any issues re
