Review: I ordered baby milk powder with them total cost 240.00 including shipping fee on 11/**/2014. When I was ordering they promise me that I will receive my order in three weeks for sure. However, when I called in on 12/**/2014 to check my order status, they said they will give me a call back in a minute for my order status, sadly, I never receive a call back from them. on 12/**/2014, I call in again for my order status, they just keep denying their responsibility and said they have no idea about what's going on with my order and just told to wait without give me a time period.Desired Settlement: Since I didn't receive my order within 3 weeks and their attitude really disappointed me, so I rather place another order with other company instead of waiting endlessly, therefore, I wish they can refund me back the total amount of $240.00 dollars.Thank you for your time and appreciate your help!
