It is obvious that this company is not going to uphold their guaranteeI rejected it because I feel I have been cheated by this company and they are going to continue to lie to protect their business rather than admit their faults, grant us a refund, and move onThe business stated that we were happy with their work and signed the invoice but they are not taking into consideration that the carpet was WET when the invoice was signed and the imperfections were noticed AFTER the carpet was DRYThis one spot was not the only imperfection on the carpet but this company is completely unprofessional and does not care about the final product of their work

November 3, 2015When Customer *** *** telephoned us in September to clean her carpets she was fully aware of the cup size stainI replied to her that we could do our best but some stains, such as animal urine, would not come outAfter performing the job on September 25, she was
extremely happy with our cleaning services and signed the acceptance invoice and paid the invoice.On October 19, days after service she emailed me about the stain and I again reiterated that it was a urine stain and might not come out Please see attached email: responses..She then replied back that there was no way it was a urine stain from her pets as there was always a chair over itHer Landlord even telephoned us and we did go back over and did another treatment on the cup size stain and it would come outMy partner and I did a thorough cleaning of her carpets and cannot give a full refund for a whole house based on one cup size stain.Sincerely,
