Kangaroo Security

I ordered. Kangaroo Security system a little over a month ago. I have had nothing but problems with it, and the problems are well documented with Kangaroo. One of the problems I had was with the camera. Besides it being the worst night vision I've ever seen, it wasn't recording clips like it should. They sent me another camera, and it's not recording clips, when I go to the app, it tells me the system is armed when it is disarmed, which is a problem I have had since day one of having this system. My gut feeling is that I am being screwed around with. I really had that feeling tonight when I talked to their female customer service representative. There is nothing wrong with my phone, and the problem is with them. No one else is having these problems. This must be fixed, or I'll have to take a refund.
