Good morning/afternoon,Thank you for letting us respond to the inquiry on complaint ID [redacted] On February 10th, [redacted] placed an online order with us, order number [redacted] , to ship to [redacted] , Montgomery, AlabamaThe [redacted] tracking is [redacted] , it was marked as delivered on February 17th, We had shipped this out [redacted] Smartpost, the customer did not pay for shipping as the Promotion at the time was Free ShippingWith [redacted] Smartpost there is no signature required so the package would have just been delivered by the customer's Local Postal WorkerWe unfortunately have no control over that package at that pointWe have seen and heard many instances where the package is delivered, but it is stolen or misplacedThat is why the customer would have been instructed to contact their local post office and possibly file a claim with themThe USPS would then contact us with that Lost Package Claim and we can then address the situation for the customer, in many times we would ask for a different address possibly if there was a suspicion of the package being stolenWe were only contacted once by this customer letting us know the package did not arrive and that unfortunately was itWe do understand the frustration of this customer in not receiving her goods and would like to assist with thisWe are not notified by [redacted] or USPS when a customer has a delivery issue like this or we would have been able to assist soonerIn addition, we do email the customer a tracking number so they can have an idea when it will arrive.Thanks,
