Review: I joined Kainine Kreations on August 26 2013 on a verbal agreement/contract. Which I understood to be as following: That every new client calling for new service would go to me so I can build my clientele because both of the other groomers already had a 3-400 clientele. Included in our verbal agreement, I was to be my "own boss" an would have to get my own business license & clientele, in which I did! I called an made my own appointments an put them in my book system, because Im my own boss right?! Apparently she was uncomfortable with that because at times I would not put the info into her computer system, so she made it clear that there will be no more of that an any an all clientele info were to be put in her computer system. I compiled with this. On Feb 1st 2014 she presented me with a written contract in which went against our verbal agreement. I told her I wanted a lawyer to ck it out first before I sign. She ([redacted]) did not like that an said if its not signed an rent in full on Thursday Feb 6th 2014, that termination would be immediate! This said conversation was over text on Tuesday the 4th at 6:26 pm. My response was "wow ok". I left it be. At 9:47pm she sent a text saying that its best if Friday the 7th was my last day! At 10 pm that night my husband an I went to collect my belongings an left her shop key. The next morning I texted her @ 7:10 am that I was leaving the shop an her key was there. At the time of gathering my belongings I obtained all my client info an was going to call them all an let them know of my new location. Upon calling several clients, my regulars would tell me that they ([redacted]) have already called saying I just up an left in the middle of the night for no reason an would they like to stay at HER shop? An for that reason they were uncomfortable with me an would take there biz elsewhere! So this complaint is for slander an defamation of my character an business ethics! I have now lost several huge paying clients due to this an it hurts me an my family!Desired Settlement: I would like lost wages that I lost this week with already booked clients that they groomed. And the potential lost wages she cause due to her slander! I would also like if ** would take her mother off of my clients (who is not a groomer)delete all my client info from both of her scheduling programs an not download it to a flash drive. I would like proof of this when done.

**I have read the response from Kanine Kreations an find several matters to be false!! I have proof of the payments I paid the owner an will have to get copies an fax them to you. I kept a private record book off all work I preformed an monies I paid. After paying the first few times in cash, I paid in check for in which I have carbon copies of this, I also have my apt book with notes of when I paid in cash. Verbal agreement was that I could start off at $300 an work my way up to $650, which was changed to $500 in Dec 2013 to all groomers in the shop.

I stopped paying in cash after the electric an rent were not getting paid for the shop!! The electric guy came in an gave the owner 2 hrs to pay the bill. Then the owner of the building kept coming asking for his rent...it was always paid late. An according to the other groomer in the shop it was always paid late. This made me fell unsure that my monies that I was giving her was not going where it was supposed to.

She also made a statement that I just left in the middle of the night for no reason...when I left it was at 10:30 pm Feb 4th 2014 due to the text msg received earlier in the evening from Kanine Kreations an felt to uncomfortable to finish the week or return. (all because I wanted the contract checked out!!)

**Below is a written statement of my table rent payments:

1st cash payment: Sept 28th 2013 $300 verbal agreement to pay at end of month

2nd cash payment: October 30th 2013 $400 for October, Paid $100 extra from verbal agreement

3rd cash payment: Nov 8th 2013 $200 verbal agreement of $300 for this month

4th payment in check form: Nov 22nd 2013 $100 Nov now paid in full

5th payment in check form: Dec 13th 2013 $300 Dec paid in full

(Had discussion sometime there after about rent, an up it to $500 that we agreed on.)

6th payment in check form: January 1st 2014 $500 January paid in full

Had Feb 2014 check already written out an planed to pay the 7th but got the first disturbing text on the 4th. will send copy of that as well.

**So Kanine Kreations made the statement of me never paying but a few times of $100, this is false!! I have paid her the agreed amounts we discussed every month I worked there!!!

I will get the copies to u by Monday Feb 24th by the end of the day, tks again!
