Terrible service and disregard of food allergy requests several times.Cannot begin to express the disgusting way your restaurant ruined the father's day experience for my family and my son's.It all started when your crew failed to open the front door on time despite a large number of patrons waiting with reservations like us.We had mentioned in the reservation that 3 of the party have shellfish allergies and my daughter in law repeated this when we sat down.Well, the food was not properly calculated, and the chicken ran out before all were served. The staff promised more, but it never arrived.Next, the other 2 people at the table (not in our party) ordered SHRIMP, and it was put on the cooking table. Both my son and I began to suffer allergic complications. I, myself had issues breathing and almost went to the Duke urgent care. My son needed Benadryl for his symptoms.No apology from the server, only a bill.Asked for the manager. A young lady came, did not apologize and asked what we wanted her to do. Told her it was too late for the chicken and I might need to go to urgent care with a $40 co-pay. She only gave a partial adjustment grudgingly.Desired SettlementWe want all our money back, this was a Father's day dinner with 5 adults and 2 children.Business Response Hi!! I called Mr. [redacted] and apologized to him about the situation on Father's Day. At the end of our conversation he was very happy and thanked me for being so nice and responding to his complaint. I called and took care of everything. He said his father will be happy with my actions. I offered Mr. [redacted] GCs for his family and he accepted. There was 7 of them 2 were children. I found their check and it totaled to about $60 somethingConsumer Response The business spoke with my son [redacted] who was part of the dinner group.He was promised gift certificates but has not received them as of this morning.Will update Revdex.com when the certificates arrive so the case can be finalized.Thanks for your help.MORE INFO RECEIVED FROM THE CONSUMER : We have received the $75 in gift cards through my son who was part of our Kanki party.Hopefully, Kanki will deal with the incompetent employees that caused this disaster.Please close the case with thanks for your help.
