I was almost in an accident because of someone lady driving this company car she cut our car off then proceeded to brake check us almost causing us to rear end her vehicle. She proceeded the brake check us on the freeway and when she noticed I was recording her she quickly exited the freeway. I will be reporting to the police this was very dangerous she could have caused a serious accident on the freeway. License plate number ISA ?? QT a grey Toyota Sequoia

I'm sorry to hear this has happened to you. I don't believe this was a Kannaway employee though as we don't issue company cars to our employees. It's possible it was one of our customers sporting our brand on their car, in which case I'm deeply sorry one of our customers acted this way.

Total scam company to work for. Interview was online and after getting hired was asked for bank account info. When I wouldn’t provide it I got this reply: Please take your application elsewhere this firm is not looking to hire jobseekers like you whom skepticism is written all over their face as this firm is looking to create more employment opportunities for people who lives in less privileged communities and the physically disabled. This also helps to decrease the rate of unemployment in the country which benefits the economy that is why we are offering much more benefits and pay have a good day.

This was after I got hired! Lol

Kannaway USA LLC has unfortunately been subject to individuals on Facebook who are using our name to try and hire people for data entry of work from home positions in an attempt to defraud them.
Kannaway is a very real company that sells health and wellness products in the CBD category. We only hire through internal referrals or though job posting sites such as Indeed.com. We're located in San Diego California and generally don't offer remote employment opportunities.

I returned an item to Kannaway that Kannaway received two and a half weeks ago. I cannot get a call back or a return email (even though I have several "open ticket" emails). I see from customer reviews that this is a problem they seem to have. This is poor business practice. This is definitely making me rethink using their products.

Could you share that with me so I can help the warehouse locate the returned order and have this refunded ASAP?

I gave the Company a try as a friend of my recommended their Product. The Product itself is fine. However the Customer Service & Delivery are not. I paid for Delivery $25, which should include the product delivery that I paid for in the Amount of 237 Euro, plus Shipping. On the Day it got delivered I got charged an additional CHF 44.00 Delivery Charges which I wasn't told that be the case.

When I made a complain, support told me that it is their mistake but that the Eu Department will need to look into it. Instead of forwarding it to them, they asked me for more Documentation, once I given it to them, they then asked me to forward the complain to the other Department. When I did so, with the Email that was given to me, I got an email notification that the Email can't be delivered due to the incorrect Email address. I replied to support and they told me they forwarded it for me and that if I wanted an update I would need to call them. 2 Weeks later, still no update, no refund and just admin hassle because of their stupid admin policies, terms and conditions, no one wants to solve the problem, they just pass the bucket around.

I closed my account with them and would highly recommend do not do Business nor buy their Products because if anything goes wrong, no one will be there to help you solve it, you will end up losing your Money with them, your Time and your Nerves.

This is a Swiss customer of our European subsidiary Kannaway B.V. They ordered product from Kannaway B.V. which is based in the EU and since this customer is in Switzerland which is not a member of the EU their order was subject to local duties and taxes which is the invoice they received from the shipping company of 44 CHF.

Despite this customer being legally required to pay the local taxes and fees for delivery into Switzerland we will refund the cost of the invoice as a compensation for the experience they have had.

If the Customer Support would of had gotten back to me sooner and confirmed that via my email, I would of not cancelled my Account, and written this review. However, being misinformed when ordering and then not getting a clear answer by customer support for over 2 weeks, and been given the run around about this, didn't leave a good experience for me to remember it. I appreciate you now making an exception to the Rule to make up for it.

It’s a fantastic product with great results. The MLM is a bonus on top of getting healthy. I order my package and had it in 3 days and all is going well!!

Kannaway has the top of the line products. I have never had any issues with my orders and I have been a customer for over a year. I love the products and feel like a million bucks because of their CBD oil. I read the other complaints and they are bogus. IF there was ever a problem with an order, it was resolved quickly.
