We received the referenced complaint today dated 06/27/We had already been in contact with both Mrand Mrs [redacted] regarding concerns to the repair of their Mercedes EOn July 6th, we reviewed the Mercedes and adjusted the hood panel to the customers satisfactionWe followed up today with the customer and reconfirmed the matter was resolved and there was nothing left to doPlease contact me should you have any questions or concerns related to the above matterRespectfully, Ted
