During my initial visit, I signed up for a treatment plan. They charged me 50% down with the balance due on my next visit. After discussing with my wife and my cardiologist, I decided not to continue. The clinic told me that the amount that I put down was non refundable and it says that in the fine print of the paperwork that I signed. They did agree not to charge my card for the balance. Just be very careful in dealing with this place. To me they are much more concerned about making money than addressing the needs of the patient.

We would like to acknowledge that this complaint was not written by the patient himself, it was written by a family member on his behalf. Some of the information given in this complaint is false and has been addressed with the patient and his family through our continued communications...

The patient provided us with a letter from his physician that after further discussions between our medical director and staff physician with the patients physician we found that the letter was written with false information and incorrect facts. We have been in constant contact with this patient and his family throughout the process speaking multiple times a week, both before and after this complaint was written. This complaint states that the patient is on Testosterone which is entirely false. The medication we offer is custom formulated for each patient, with that said we find it absurd that he would say that we would ask him if he "could sell or transfer it to someone else". We have come to an agreement with the patient on a mutual split and refund. We are saddened that we weren't able to continue treatment with the patient and encourage him to reach out to us if his issues persist.
