We did go and do this job for [redacted]. Some of the debris went over to the other yard, so our workers went over to clean it up. No one was home. Lady came home and had a melt down that we were in her yard, our guys tried to explain why but she wasn't having any of it. One of our employees...
did get angry and yelled back at her. They left her yard and called the supervisor who was close by. In the mean time, the man came home and came out and talked to the guys. He told them to go back in and finish up cleaning, which we did. Our guys apologized to him and went to truck. The supervisor got there, was going over to talk to the man, who came out of the house, got in his truck and just left even though we were again trying to explain. It wasn't until the next day that they demanded that we fix their fence. [redacted] sent pictures and there wasn't any way we could of done it. It wasn't on top of the fence but thru the VERY middle bars. The next section had a SLIGHT bottom ding. I couldn't even see it until someone pointed out to me what they thought it was. Again, it is very doubtful that we would of done it. It was probably hit by a lawn mower.They wanted both panels replaced for $200 each. When we do damage, we always pay for repairs. This is one that we feel they are trying to fix something that wasn't done by us. We DO NOT think we did what they are complaining about so therefore will not pay what they are demanding. I emailed with [redacted] on Wednesday, the 15th and he said the neighbors wants $400 and wanted to know if I would pay half. I did agree because [redacted] is our customer and I want to help him live by that horrible neighbor.Thank you,If you want a copy of the pictures, I can send[redacted]Office Manager[redacted]
