This account was placed with us on 9-17-16 by our client St. Francis Medical Center. We sent out two letters, the 1st on 9-26-16 and the second on 10-3-16. The guarantor called us on 12-12-16 with new address information. The guarantor also...
paid in the account in full on 12-12-16. HFM never received a mail return to indicate this was an incorrect address. However, since a new address was given and there is a possibility our original letters were not received we will remove from credit reporting.
