Had to wait 5 days for new service in the winter and no one showed to the aappointment. We called next day and were told we had to wait 3 more days.
We set up new service for a new residence that we are moving to. This was done on Thursday [redacted], we were told that we had to wait until Tuesday [redacted]. We waited all day, having someone wait at the home all day. We never received a call and no one showed up. We called the next morning and spoke with a representative. After getting nowhere with that representative we asked to speak with a supervisor. No one we spoke to ever apologized for the situation but instead blamed us for missing a call from the tech. NO ONE EVER CALLED ON [redacted]! However the tech claimed he called twice and left a message. I have phone records to prove we never received a call! I even called the company earlier in the daWe set up new service for a new residence that we are moving to. This was done on Thursday [redacted], we were told that we had to wait until Tuesday [redacted].I even called them on [redacted] to confirm the number that they had to call after waiting half the day with no call from a tech. The supervisor I talked to ([redacted] or [redacted]) then told us we would have to wait until Friday [redacted] before we come have someone come out. I just want to file this complaint and I feel they owe me and my family an apology. It was 21 degrees last night!
