I am so upset about my experience here. Just got off the phone with the manager after leaving to explain how bad my nails looked and to see if they could help out. I am a pretty shy person and fully regret not stopping the guy before he finished. I requested a look I had seen before and have had simular done at another nail salon, it included a gold line beneath a black tip. The manager informed me that she would charge me to replace the color and I was only allowed to choose a single color and it was $* to do so. First off I have already paid you for a full set why should I be throwing out any more money. I am not happy with the service at all. At the end of the conversation my husband and I were so frustrated we just asked for a refund. Her response was no that she would take the Polish off for free. Something I could easily do at home. Please tell me how this is okay to treat someone who just paid [redacted] dollars at the salon for 3 people? Definitely will make sure my family and friends avoid this place and I hope you do the same.
