I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The attached document, reflect the end result of what transpired.  Note no
mention of forwarding additional documentation.  Apparently none was needed,
because they in fact received what was submitted as the amount the refund would
be issued in, was not an issue.

We have received your customer concern about our business. According to our...

records;
·       6/25/2014 - received and email from Ms. [redacted] seeking the status of her rebate for the Ban Cooling Cloth promotion.
·       6/25/2014 - responded letting Ms. [redacted] know that due to overwhelming response we have not gotten through all requests.
·       7/9/2014 - received an email from Ms. [redacted] asking about the status.
·       79/2014 - responded explaining that we have not gotten through all the requests at this time.
·       8/25/2014 - sent an email to Ms. [redacted] explaining that her submission was never received at the Agency to be processed. We let her know that even though it was not revived that we would be sending the rebate check.
·       9/16/2014 - Ms. [redacted] sent us an email on letting us know that she still has not received her rebate.
·       9/16/2014 - responded that if she could mail us a copy of her submission that she mailed to the fulfillment center that we would be happy to try and assist her since the office was now closed. We mailed a postage paid mailing label to her to retrieve the copies.
As of today 10/14/2014 we have not received the copies requested or further contact from Ms. [redacted].
Per the privacy policy section of the rebate offer, it states that Ban, Kao USA Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, delayed, misdirected or postage-due mail or offer forms; therefore her file has been closed.
