LATEX WARNING. I purchased the Ka´Oir Fitness arm eraser set. After wearing them just once, while I noticed a decrease in my upper arms there was a terrible itching sensation. When I removed them I saw several welts on my upper arms where I had worn the erasers. I immediately took a shower but the damage was done. The welts became blisters in some places. I AM SERIOUSLY ALLERGIC TO LATEX. I contacted Customer Service who advised I wear a shirt next to my skin. When I recommended they actually list the materials on the site - no response and as of 02/10/2020, no change. There is 1 star only because 0 was not an option. Next time I'll check Revdex.com 1st. BEWARE!

I ordered the waist eraser and never received it. There has been no progress on my claim.
I contacted Ka'oir to inform them that I never recieved my package and it may have been stolen. After the back and forth from USPS and ka'oir, I was told by ka'oir that their packages are insured and I should wait 15 days to submit and insurance claim with USPS. I did so last week and the post office denied my claim because they said it was scanned as delivered. I informed ka'oir that the claim was denied and was told that there isnt anything they can do but give a 10% discount. This is my 2nd time ordering from them and I am extremely disappointed and angry that money went down the drain. I was going to reorder the product while waiting to submit me claim but I wasn't sure if I would be refunded for the 1st package. Thank God I didn't reorder I was not refunded for my missing package. this is ridiculous. I will.not be wasting any of my hard earned money again especially with a company that clearly does not care about its customer's satisfaction. I am highly disappointed and annoyed. So full disclaimer if you ever order from ka'oir and your package gets lost or stolen you will not be compensated even though their packages are insured.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back because this is unacceptable and the worst customer service ever. No matter how "amazing" their products are I will no longer be purchasing anything if i dont get my money back.

It's been 5 months without getting this matter resolved. I feel ripped off since no one will help. I just want a refund now.

Poorly made- Velcro just stopped sticking!!!
First let me say, I actually love this trainer during the 1st couple of weeks but not even 2 months later, the velcro just stopped sticking. I only wore the belt as I traveled for work (working through airports) & I mean both the inner attachment and the tighten strip completely gave out on me. I could no longer close the trainer without using the tightening strip but now that has stopped sticking... I want a replacement if not, a refund.

Honestly a replacement trainer would do justice, but hopefully this issue is rectified to ensure better service.

Unauthorized charge of 64.99. No transaction ID to submit to cst service bc I did not place the order. No customer service number to call and cancel.
I was browsing on the website https://kaoirfitness.com and I placed an item in my cart. I selected PayPay as my payment, but ultimately decided not to purchase. Thirty minutes later I received an email asking me if I want to complete my purchase. I deleted it. I checked my bank account and they withdrew 64.99 from my account. It said it was via PayPal, however, it was not in my PayPal transaction history. They took my money straight from my bank account without my authorization. Of course I do not have receipt with transaction ID because I did not authorize the payment. There is no customer service contact number, only an email.

I want my money refunded back into my account.

I've only had it a couple of months and the velcro is not sicking and it's coming apart.
My daughter purchased the waist trainer for me as a gift. I followed the instructions for wear and have not washed it and it's already coming apart in areas plus both the inside and outside velcro will hardly stick.

I placed an order that was not shipped or received within the time terms and agreements time frame given by the vendor. Refund requested and refused.
On 16May19 I placed an order with Ka'oir Fitness I received a an update on 17MAY19 advising the prepaid shipping label was printed and my order was shipped. I tracked the package on USPS website which advised USPS was still waiting for the package to be dropped to the courier. I contacted USPS who informed the tracking label was printed but not has not been dropped to the courier. I contacted Ka'oir fitness via customer service informed of issue they advise they are not sure why the tracking has not updated. I informed I would like to be compensated for my incovience as it was now the 21MAY19. I did not receive a response. I asked for a refund because I had not heard an update and it was not the 24MAY19 I also disputed the charges with my bank because the order had not been received I finally received a response back saying I could not have a refund because the package was already shipped. I checked the tracking and called USPS who advised the package was dropped to the courier service on 23MAY19 at 7:50PM. I did not receive the order until 29MAY19. I informed Ka'oir fitness I no longer wanted the product terms and conditions advise order will be shipped within 3 days of placing the order and you will receive it within 5. The communication was poor on the customer service side and unprofessional. The terms and conditions were violated by the vendor. The vendor refuse to assist and provide a refund. I also believe the owner is doing false advertisment because she has had plastic surgery.

On April 10th I ordered a waist trainer for 89.29 with the shipping fees. Due to a mess up with usps they did not deliver my waist trainer. So I emailed them and asked could they have it sent back to me and I will pay shipping fees *** said ok you will jaguar have to pay 8.00 I did that. After I sent that to her PayPal account on April 24th I was supposed to get my shipping information did not get updates until May. After sending numerous amount of emails I finally received my package. I opened it and it was the slimming tea. Looked at the invoice and it was the 8.00 I sent for supposed to be shipping. On 4/5/2019 I placed an order for a slimming tea. On 4/10 I received shipping and tracking information USPS XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The item was to arrive on 4/11. After not receiving the product and the tracking information stating the same thing for a couple days, I contact USPS who provided me with a case no and inform me someone will be in contact with me. The manager called later that day and informed me the item was not packed properly, it came apart in transit and was discarded. She added the shipper would need to make a claim and they could call for verification. I contacted the shipper, informed them of the situation and provided them with the case no. Their response was they need proof and has made no effort to contact USPS. I have done all I can, however the company has refuse to do anything to assist me. So I paid for a product, never received it and the company has refused to replace it or refund me.

I would like the product to be replaced.

I have emailed customer service several times for refund and they refuse to respond
On 3/28, I placed an order on kaoirfitness.com. A few minutes after placing the order, I decided to go with a different brand. Following the instructions on the website, I emailed customer service with the order confirmation email asking the order be cancelled and funds be refunded within about 15mins of the order being placed. I received an email back that they would be in contact within 24-48hrs, not only did they not contact me but they shipped the item anyway and disputed my refund request thru paypal. Their website states that once an item ships, sales are final. As the consumer, I did what I was supposed to to ensure the order be cancelled and refunded but they refuse to comply and are forcing me to keep an item I did not want and asked them not to send.

This is from the FAQ page of the website regarding order changes and cancellations: "After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?
We will attempt to make the change or cancel your order within the same day your order is made. If you contact us after the day you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled."

Desired Outcome

Since I followed their instructions clearly, I would like to return the item and have my money returned to my account.

This is a piece of fabric, and it is not worth 106. The no return policy is deceptive and you have a poorly made product. Unfair business practices
I purchased this product and did not get what I expected. It is a glorified and misleading advertisement. DO NOT BUY, as the company knows their product is not good have a no return no refund policy. Why if its that good do you not want the brand new product back? Because you are thieves who sucker people into buying this no result piece of fabric.

I order a waist eraser from this company and paid 106.00 the product is poorly made.
I paid 106.00 for this product. After only trying it on the product the Stitchingcame undone. I believe for such an expensive product it should have a better quality of stitching. Instead of replacing the product they gave me a reimbursement of 13.00 and I have to deal with it. I think they should have cared more and made a enter attempt to make things right.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get a replacement. I'm a single mother of 2 money is tight. I had to save for months to afford this product. I don't appreciate it falling apart after only trying it on.

Trash.... Garbage. Horrible design on the waist eraser. The company is well aware of the complaints and refuse to go back to the drawing table and company and owner refuses to make customers that have complained whole. The waist eraser's main fastener is made with some alternative to velcro and it shed over time until you get to the point where the fastener no longer sticks. I have seen 100s of complaints to the owner and company and all of the people say that the company failed to follow up. I didn't get a semi legitimate response until I send a formal demand and announced that I was an attorney (even then the response did not make me whole and was asking me to come out spending more money to ship the product back). I didnt even realize that this was a problem from the masses until I was ignored by customer service for a period of time and finally told that it was normal wear and tear and that it was basically my problem. Then I researched. Then I announced that I was an attorney. I had the product for less than 2 months and handled it with white gloves only for it to fall apart right in front of me. Customer service initially told me that it was normal wear and tear and even has said that I got what I paid for.... Lord knows that I didnt pay $75 for product that was destined to fall apart in a short period of time. Until they go back to drawing board, this product will not be a good way for people to spend their money.

purchased a waist eraser from this line, horrible! I purchased based on the sizing chart and before I opened the package I could tell it was huge! I immediately contacted customer service before opening the waist eraser asking for an exchange and I was told they do not do exchanges. I was desperate because I spent so much money on this item and I was really excited to at least try it and I informed them it was unopened, they still insisted no exchanges. I then tried to deal with and and see if I could tighten it and wear it and reap some benefits....BEWARE this product is made of cheap material! You can buy something similar or better for a cheaper price. Upon trying to wear it, it fell off (too big) and ended up being useless and a waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM KEYSHIA KAOIR! Read these reviews and save your money.

the costumer service sucks so bad, and I think that they need a phone number where you can call and report it. I brought a Ka'Oir at the hair show and the people was great, but when I give you my business at least you can do is respect me.
