there with an employee and repaired the blackjack edging and than went back and applied two buckets of tailings stone a few weeks later.. I thought everything was fine than customer sent me an epic email complaining of the actual snowplowing service, landscaping service, the price she paid for all services and than called me a liar (via email) concerning the issue of giving her more tailings stone... I followed up to this customers email with my own email to her saying "I'm 100% finished dealing with her and her accusations" .. I explained she could contact whomever she wanted to and thus the complaint to the Revdex.com.. At this point its simply time to move on. I am not comfortable speaking to, yet alone stepping foot on this customers property.. Please advise... Thanks, [redacted] KAP Landscaping LLC
The Owner of K.A.P. landscaping says he has been in business for over 20 years, yet he has not learned the basics to cutting grass. The Owner was cutting the grass with the shoot of the mower facing my car sending dirt, rocks, grass and other debris all over the front end and hood of my car causing minor damage. His resolution to the problem was to use a leaf blower too clean my car. I said forget it, the damage is done, a leaf blower is not going to fix the problem. In conclusion, the owner is very inexperienced. He doesn't know the basics of using a lawnmower...Cutting grass is very simple thing, you would think he would've learned this lesson over 20 years ago.. If you use K.A.P. Landscaping I highly recommend not having any cars around, because he will damage them...
