Kapitus

I have a bussiness loan funded through Kapitus. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over a week in regards to the covid 19 virus. We have been shut down as per Governor Murphy do not have revenue coming in.
All of our other lenders, vendors and credit card companies have been very communicative and helpful in this tragic time.
Kapitus is not answering and contact and is taking over 600.00 a day from our operating account.
This is affecting our ability to make our last payroll before shut down.
Please help. I do not know what to do.
