interviewed along with several other applicants and simply wasn't choice for the position. There are several references to the Federal Work Study program and funds tied to that program, which the graduate might not understand that there aren't FWS funds for each student. Furthermore, as it pertains to externship the student exhibited volatile behavior at several sites and walked off these sites, not to return. Which could have led to the complaints as it pertains to her externship experience. As for the desired resolution the student has actually already graduated from the program. In the second paragraph of her complaint the graduate references a higher tuition rate, however in actuality the student was only charged for the 3 credits for the last 100 hours of externship as her ledger shows (from the 2/9/16 transaction). The ledger also further demonstrates that the student was not charged for any textbooks upon her return to school. The student is coming out of pocket for the $880.62 because she is not eligible for Title IV financial Aid as she has an unusual enrollment history and was unable to produce the documents to be Title IV eligible. The student was then given the option to make cash payments against that $880.62 of which she paid $200 of the $880.62. There are several mentions of a $1000 refund of which the graduate assumes she was entitled to, however there is nowhere on her ledger nor the contact manager to this amount let alone a refund amount being provided to her. Academic, Student Finance, and Career Services all worked closely with this student wanting her to successful complete the Medical Office Specialist program.

I see other wise and the truth will set you free. Also I am not the only client that feels that this company has taken advantage of them. Time will tell and I hope the best for this company I just wish I would have noticed sooner. And where was Mr. whomever when I was trying to fill out grievances? All's well end's well. God bless.
