Review: I traveled 55 miles to take my 9 yr old daughter and grandson (4 mos) to have their picture taken by a professional photographer that was highly recommended and she was offering a "mini session" deal. Our appointment was March 23,2014 at 4:00. When we arrived she said she had forgotten we were coming and was going to shoot someone else first, by conversation they were all friends; we waited 30-40 mins. After the session she explained the 2 packages deals she was offering, I paid for the higher deal as you get a dvd/cd of session along with the picture prints she was offering. I paid [redacted] $65.00 by personal check.(Check cleared my acct on Mar. 24th). She also asked my permission to post a picture of our session on [redacted] and that she should be mailing our package April 4th. After that time lapsed I contacted her and asked about the ** posting and pictures. She stated they turned out great and what address should she mail them to. I never rec'd our pictures or cd/dvd. I have contacted her via [redacted] msg 3 or 4 times since then and have gotten different excuses even saying she didn't have pictures even after saying on the 4th she did. Dates of contact were April 4th, 13th, 18th and 27th.I have come to distrust this individual; I can't understand as to why she just doesn't mail me my picture package I paid for or just refund my money. It's April 30th and I have not heard from her since I last contacted her on April 27 and I told her my patience has run out and if I did not receive my pictures by May 2nd, I would take her to Court. Business phone number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like picture package that I was promised and PAID for or a refund.If this goes to Court I will sue for picture package, return of my money, mileage reimbursement and Court cost.
