I am rejecting this response because:The statement the the
manager made was very inaccurate about how the events took place and what was saidAugust 20th, at 6:00pm my friend fell so I quickly went to the office to inform them of what just happened but when I go there they were closedAt this time it is still barely meaning that someone should still be in the building or just getting ready to leaveMe knowing that my next door neighbor is very familiar with the lady in the front desk I figured it'd be best to run it by her also for her safety and to see if should could inform the front office lady of the incident that occurredIn response my neighbor told me that she'd let them knowI took it as seeing she would rely on the messageLater at 8:pm that night it was dark outside and rainy, at this time I was assuming my neighbor did as she said she would and the steps should be fixed right away being that this is a very serious issue someone could be seriously injuredI fell running up steps trying to get to my apartmentThe next door lady comes outside saying " I been told them to fix it", then asking me if I was okay from the nasty fall I took.I told her that it's okay so she could go back to her house( I was ashamed of the fall)I stayed there holding my side for at least minutes trying to get the pain to go down before I went into my houseWhen I finally got my phone to charge I immediately called my mother

received a work order and when we complete that work orderI have contacted this company to have Ms*** removed in the time that I have been here ( mid January to present) They inform me that she is no longer in the system , obviously this is some kind of glitch since she is still receiving emails, I know that she does because she sends me very nasty emails when she receives an emailI am working to get this corrected. *** ***Community Manager Landmark on Longmire Apartments
