Review: I purchased a damaged shirt from the store and was not permitted to receive a refund or store credit within stores 21 day policy because I did not have a receipt. unfortunately for myself, I threw away the receipt because I had planned to wear the shirt, but upon arrival the NYC subway, I noticed the shirt was ripped in two areas.Desired Settlement: I would prefer s refund but will accept s replacement shirt.

I apologize for the experience you had in one of our stores. Our store policy is that ONLY exchange or store credit for the regular priced clothings within 21 days with ORIGINAL RECEIPT, no refund. Sales, clearance, jewelries, and accessories are FINAL sale. Our store policy is revealed by the cash wrap and also on the sales receipt. NO exchanges or store credit for the USED merchandise. Anyway, we will exchange it or give you store credit for it ONLY if the item has orginal tag and no WEARING signs.
