I just wanted to say thank you to Mel, Jan and Rob for being such professional and caring people I attended their estate sale last weekend and it was one of the nicest ones I have ever attended They were so helpful and everything so organized I look forward to attending all of their Estate Sales in the future Thank you all so very much for everything

I am have used this company for sales and have purchased items from their store and sales I have always had a very positive experience The owner and staff are great to work with I enjoy visiting the store and looking through the new inventory as it comes through

Ns estate sales has helped me through this hard time Their professionalism and customer service was beyond my expectations They are full service and I would recommend them to anybody looking to liquidate!!!

I was genuinely impressed with the work done by NS estatesI was forced to downsize and tried to sell my own stuff for weeks without much luckThey took excellent care of me and helped me get my feet back under meVery impressed with the work they did

NS Estate Sales went into business with said client last year The contract was to go to Tuscon and remove the entire household of items and bring back to Surprise, AZ to liquidate Through out the past year inventory updates were sent to client which showed which items have sold for
that time period If any items were being donated, it was also noted on the inventory update This was sent numerous times through out the past year so that way we were in contact with the client and the client knew what was going on at all times.In November of 2014, client contacted us stating they wanted to close their consignment account We informed them that we would donate the remaining items and close up their account in the amount of $ Then out of now where we receive this complaint, which states we owe them $for their items, which is not the case and again client was aware of all activity through out the time frame Now client does not want wish to collect payment so their $is on holding waiting for them.All communication was done through e-mail and is all documentedAttached is their inventory list for review If you would like to see all emails concerning this claim, please let us know

Hi Britnee,I am sorry to say that although NS Estate Sales promised a check "by the end of the week" (as well as a tracking number) I have...

received nothing and it is now more that 3 weeks since the promise was made.  I do not believe they are acting in good faith, nor do I believe the first check was ever mailed (supposedly in October).  Certainly nothing has been done since my complaint was filed with you and you made contact with the business.  At this point I would ask for a cashier's check in the amount due me as I doubt that a "normal" check NS Estate Sales would even clear the bank. I am no longer communicating directly with them.  People who work with this company are most often already suffering from grief and the loss of a loved one; it makes the company's disregard for their obligations to their clients even more disappointing. I appreciate any help you can offer. [redacted]

There was no way for me to cancel more than 24 hours before my arrival date since I made the reservation less than 24 hours before my arrival date.I did, however, cancel more than 24 hours before my arrival time.  I also cancelled the day prior, and less than 2 hours after making the reservation.

Business states that this reservation was made less than 24 hours from when the reservation was.  They have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  There will be no refund.

Payment should have been received by now, however the check has not been cashed, so we will reissue the payment and we will ensure that payment is sent with a usps tracking number to ensure it is delivered to this client promptly.

To whom it may concern, the following complaint was resolved between us and our client, in which our client received full payment and has cashed said check.  This took place in October, 2014.  We were told by our client that he would remove this case and/or mark it as resolved.  So at...

the time we did not take action.  We are more than happy to provide any documentation to Revdex.com to show that matters have been resolved.  Please let me know what we have to do to get this case to show as resolved.
