This is one of the very last companies out here that still puts the customer first and truly care about qualityThey went above and beyond every time and were very accommodatingThey understood that this is a big decision and really helped us visualize what will look and feel the best After doing are entire backyard (including orchard area, retaining wall, garden etc) we were so thrilled we decided to have them do our entire frontward as wellWe now have the ABSOLUTE greenest grass and best sprinkler system in the whole neighborhoodEverything they did was top notch and they have very high standardsThe owner told me he treats every job the way he would do his own house and it definitely shows I asked around before moving forward from people in million dollar foothill homes in boise to calling [redacted] , and they all referred me to Superior Sprinklers If your time is valuable and you want it done right the first time then please do not waste your time with anyone else I will definitely be going back to them for all my future landscaping needs Thanks Superior Sprinklers!!!

awful experience! I have been quoted three different prices for my spring turn on They had serviced the previous owners for some time, and that is all she would refer to She was not interested in maintaining our business and told me if I didn't like it then to go somewhere else
She also kept saying that we were only out of customers in our area in it was a big deal for them to come "all the way out there" We have a zone system, they just lost a BIG customer

I had Superior work on my sprinkler system in May of 2016, I was very impressed with the service person ( Shawn)I haven't had a problem of any sort until 5-8-My timer clock was malfunctioned, of course I called Superior and tried to talk to DebbieShe said she knew the problem and told me how to fix itI followed her instructions and it didn't workI called back and tried to explain again, Debbie was so rude barely letting me talk,then tried to blame the gentleman who winterized my systemShe then turned the table on me saying I was blaming Superior for a faulty timerAll I wanted was to have it fixed or replaced(of course it's not under warranty)I didn't care about the warrantBut they are to busy and can't help until middle of JuneI said wow andshe got mad and said ( I'm hanging up now)I suppose if you have all the business you need you can treat people this wayThanks Debbie at Superior

Unbelievable dishonesty and lack of professionalism There is either a break down in communication between the woman that handles scheduling and her techs in the field or an systemic problem of dishonestly in the company
Set up an appointment weeks ago Simple, just need one station valve repaired in a single valve box Debbie was curt on the phone but I wasn't calling to make friends so that's fine She told me to flag the valve box and the timer and her tech would be by to fix it in a week Flags were placed and I even drew a map with notes on it She called me the afternoon of the appointment and said the tech didn't see my flags or my notes and couldn't figure out the system and would need me there to show him She also made a point to tell me her tech had been doing sprinklers for over years and he couldn't figure it out so I must have a really complicated system I doubt he even showed up on property So she scheduled me out another weeks The night before my appointment she gave me a courtesy call, left a voicemail, to confirm my appointment for 8:25am the next day, nice I schedule time off of work to meet her tech and I wait 9am rolls around, no tech, so I call and get a voicemail It wasn't until 9:30am Debbie calls me and says her tech Shaun has been trying to call me but "i kept hanging up on him so he couldn't leave a voicemail." Which is a flat out lie, either on her part or on the part of the tech Clearly I was sitting there, phone in hand waiting or else I wouldn't have received and answered her call Then she says he isn't going to make it and wants to push me out another couple weeks Told her no thanks I'll find someone with some integrity Do not waste your time with this company
Its worth noting that I went with a different company who asked me to flag the boxes, same as Superior originally had, which I did He came out the same day while I was at work and had no trouble finding the flags and fixing the valve No drama, just simple work ethic
