Hello, I am the owner of Karam Lebanese and Syrian CuisineI am responding to a complaint made about a wedding that we cateredThe only truth in the customers story about the night of the catering is that lamb was undercooked but it was only one! The hotel did cook it for another hour and that
fixed everythingThe lambs were placed on Two trays and when returned to us by the hotel, we asked the manager how everything wentHe said they finished an entire lamb and all of the rice but one lamb was undercooked nut then later resolved with an additional hour of cookingHe had said the women was trying to get her money back for no reasonWhen confronted by the women, we offered $back for the one undercooked lamb but she refused to take it unless it was a full refundWe declined her request because we found that unreasonableShe later returned screaming at me with a restaurant full of customersWe do not plan on giving her a refund after that just like we first decided
