Review: I have not received the product I ordered back in January. I have since sent emails and even a letter to the address listed which came back as non-deliverable. I have asked for my product or a refund and neither one was sent. Emails are unanswered also. as the status is "on hold". IE: Ticket Id [redacted] Replies 7

We ship using [redacted] bill and it does not have an online tracking facility for deliveries.

We use the airway bill number to track the status on the item from our backend department. If it does not arrive within the stipulated time, we'll raise an inquiry using our barcode with the department.

To this date 2/23/15 I still have not received my order. Can you advise the status because if I don't receive it in the nxt couple days I will request a refund. I think I have been more than patient waiting for my order since on 2/26 it will be a month.
