    we test some other disk is working.
    So we didn’t change the player.

    Let me know if you need one.
    But you need to pay for the shipping $10.
 
 
You bought this play on 3/312014 already over 30 day return period.
So you can’t return.

       I have several questions that I hope you may answer for me.
1. Why was old karaoke player returned to me when in earlier e-mail you stated you would replace it.
2. The karaoke disc I sent you and that you cleaned with water and you stated played on  a 950II and 950 karaoke was the same type of
disc I sent with my old karaoke unit.
3. Are the units that you played disc I sent  the same as my unit and if so why don't they play on my unit 
4. Is their a reader that can be replaced in my unit so as not to be sending the player back and forth as it costs a lot of money.
5. The address where I purchased this unit and yours are the same. If unit can not be repaired can I return for full refund as it cannot
 play my music. I would like to get answers to these questions.

Review: I ordered a karaoke machine from karaokesky which shares the same address with the [redacted]. The machine does not play some cd disc's. I was in contact with johnson chang or changjohnson by e-mail. He asked me to send a cd that would not play on my machine for him to lookat. He responded that the cd had scratches on surface and that he cleaned with water and itplayed fine on a model 950II and a 950. He asked me to return my unit for replacement. I shipped this at my cost of $15.00. I later received an E-mail from [redacted] stating he was returningmy unit and that it played original disc. My efforts to contact [redacted] by e-mail and phonehas been hitting a dead end. If the complaint is accepted I will forward all e-mails that we exchanged. [redacted] Phone number is 1-714-255-8666Thank You;[redacted]Desired Settlement: I wish a refund for this unit at it is not what it claims it can do.
