Please know what our driver did is not our company policy. We have addressed this issue with him. Company policy is to only offer tickets that are vetted to ensure control and your satisfaction. Our drivers is not authorized to sell tickets. Through our investigation, we have learned what went wrong and addressed the situation.
We consider ourselves ambassadors of San Diego, representing our great city. We strive to make your time with us a fun, informative and enjoyable day here in San Diego. In this case, we fell short and I apologize.
We want the best people representing Old Town Trolley Tours and also the city of San Diego. Your feedback will be used for re-training and toward our continued improvement.
