I brought my son watch here to change battery. This watch has sentimental value to him so he keep it in mint condition. It is not a cheap watch. When they changed the battery they made two big line scratches on the watch. When I confront the owner, not even an apology he said they have a fine print sign posted that they are not responsible if things get scratches.
I was very upset if I knew this is the way they do business I would had never give them my business. What surprise me the most is that he omitted they made those scratches and it will now considered as wear and tear. Unbelievable!
I said this is not how you do business in Canada. You don't seem to care about your customer, damaged their item then said my son have to live with those scratches. He then asked I assumed his son to call the security stating that I am trespassing.
People be careful when you decided to bring your business here. The owner is rude and they don't care about you as a customer or any value to your belonging. If you decided to do business with them and if you are not happy, be prepared that they will call security to escort you out saying that you are trespassing. This is their easiest way out to not taking the responsibility for their mistake.
