Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:After I sent the email to yourselves, I was in contact with HEB, the company who rent the space to this business The lady who called me, [redacted] ***, Regional Manager ###-###-#### ***[redacted] @heb.com, contacted the owner of Karat Gold, on my behalf The owner, ***, contacted me We talked about the issues, and he agreed that his staff were responsible for the damage, and that they did not use the correct equipment, and also he was disappointed that the lady working in the store called my wife and I liars I had also received information from Omega, that the damage to the watch was in fact caused by water ingress Also, the fact his people do not have their clients sign a waiver, does not help their cause[redacted] said he would take care of the repairs to my wife's watch If it is possible to get a written confirmation to this statement, we will be fully satisfied Yesterday I received an email and a phone call from Omega with a cost estimate for the repairs It is $not including taxes (see attachment) One item for the repair is not water ingress related, apparently there are two damaged links that need replacing, and I would not expect [redacted] of Karat Gold to be responsible for this expense.Yesterday I sent [redacted] a text with this information, and this morning I forwarded a copy of the Omega estimate So far, I have not heard from the owner of the business I do appreciate he travels a lot for his work, as do I, and this may be a delay due to this.The lady who responded to your inquiry in my opinion is not the correct person to talk to [redacted] was most understanding, unlike the individual who replied to yourselves The phone number I have for the owner (***) is ###-###-#### Once we haveWe appreciate your time and efforts to bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion,Regards, [redacted] Once I have written confirmation backing up his verbal agreement, I will consider the matter closed Regards, Duncan Maclean

When she bring watch to store is not working as far as nife used this nife for  battery case opener only made by renata every one use this nife only we do not  now we just change battery watch was working fine when she leave store we did not check for any water damage or any thing we dont...

now I ask my repair  man every thing was fine close good we do hundreds  of watch every  week our  repair man have 25 years experience and we do all kind of watches never have peoblem
