Review: I ordered 4 pair of size 12 kung fu shoes. I received 3 pair of size 12 kung fu shoes and 1 pair that had 2 different size shoes. I contacted karatedepot and received an rma. I received an email from karatedepot stating they received the returned item, but could not replace the shoes because they were "in non resellable condition (ie used)." They were non-sellable when they sold them to me (ie 2 different size shoes).Desired Settlement: Replace the defective item with what I actually ordered, and an apology (will never happen on either requests, but one can only hope that customer service isn't completely a thing of the past). I will NEVER do business with this outfit again, and will tell all my TKD students to avoid this scam outfit.
