Cares only about money
Currently fighting with this business over a missing quarterstaff. Instead of helping me the customer, they keep playing the " im not at fault " card and went on to even blame the post office. Im an avid cosplayer and I liked how reasonable the pricing is here. That said with this horrible experience, so far I wont be doing business with them and I encourage shoppers to due diligence as well. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. The photo is for proof that they dont care about the customer. Its my paypal messages to them. As im not happy

Update**
They eventually refunded me- and were quick to respond. Overall I will give them 2.5 stars. At least since someone on their end knows what customer service is. Still this experience wasn't great

Please remove. As I have spoke with the company and I was under the misunderstanding of what I was ordering and I have worked out to get the product I wanted.

Customer Ordered two uniforms from our company. She call and stated that she ordered the wrong size, so we informed her of our return policy, which states that she will have to send items back with a check for...

return shipping. She then stated that she did not want to pay to ship back. Then stated that we sent her a used uniform. We informed her that we do not sell used items, which is also a part of our return policy. We told her to send items back and that we would have quality control check the merchide. When the items were return she had placed very old pants in the bag. I explained that we do not send used items that she was trying to get free merchandise from our company, because she stated that she should get a credit and the items. We told her she can send a label to return the items to her but she wanted new items. That is not how we stay in business. ::

No that is not true I did send items that was send to back I even provide tracking on my original complain and [redacted] stated she will refund me my money she told me to wait it would take 3 to 5 days
