Karavan Trailers

I bought a Karavan utility trailer last fall, used it only one, been stored in garage since. I went to use it this week and when I tried to put the ramp down both hinges broke right off, scraped up one of the taillights and my leg. The hinges for the tailgate/ramp are are rated at 1676 lbs, but just snapped off from the weight of the aluminum ramp. I filed a warranty (9 month old trailer) claim on Karavan's website, but I've had no response, there's no way to follow-up or confirm processing on the site and there is no phone number to contact anyone. I cannot use the trailer until the hinges are replaced and have no idea when that will be? I know that there's a lot going on right now, but what a junky trailer and company.
