***,Thank you for responding to my on-line requestI've been trying to work something out with the dealer regarding my vehicle! Basically, he sold me a Audi that I was told had a "Good" Car Faxx and that the vehicle was equipped with "Run Flat" TiresI'm just coming up on my month of purchase with the vehicle maybe a week or two past, but the transmission is going out on the car, the check engine light is on, my front driver side tire was bald in the inside, literally the threads were showingWhen I started the car the other day it blew out a ton of white smoke, which in my past experience tells me that the car has a blown head gasket! The dealer told me that I can purchase the warranty on the vehicle which was anywhere from $900-$He mentioned that he would go half with me on the warranty so that I could fix the car, but then in turn told me that the warranty was $and my half would be the $I wanted to contact channel on my side to see if I could get the dealer to be responsible for selling me a bad vehicle, so I', in the process of doing that nowI paid $cash along with all of the other necessary feesI have a copy of my contract and the text from the owner of the dealership going back and forth with me telling him that something was wrong with the car, but he constantly told me that the car was in good shape and that I would be okay!I really don't know what my rights are at this point, but I'm very frustrated and angry that I have purchased a vehicle that I cant drive!Sincerely,*** ***###-###-####

I just wanted to let you know that I was able to resolve this issue with KarbahnIf you have any questions or concerns please contact me at your earliest convenience

I am rejecting this response because: The guy is a straight up lair!!!  I filled out the credit app and was told to go have lunch and he would call me in 45 minutes!!!!  I was very upset when we called him 1 hour and 15 minutes later and he informed us he had sold the car.  I would not normally say the things I said.  I do not plan on ever going back to his lot.  They ran my credit and if they had all these people wanting to buy the car for cash, why did they run my credit?  I am sorry I ever filled out the credit app, because this guy is a crook and I am worried about my personal information???  I just purchased another [redacted] Accord similar to the one he had for my daughter and she is very happy with the car.  No telling how this guy stays in business and hopefully the cars he sells are not as bad as his customer service.

Hi [redacted], This is [redacted] from Karbahn. It seems like something happened recently that caused you to not be happy with this deal. We wish you reached out to us personally. At first you were so happy with this deal, and you absolutely loved the car. From the day you left our lot you...

understood that you were buying a used car not a new one. That obviously means that the car was driven by someone before you, therefore making the car not in perfect condition. When we buy our cars, we have a strict policy where each car has to be reconditioned and safe. But that doesn't always mean we restore the vehicle back to new condition. All the vehicle that we sell are older used cars, and buyers are happy to get a cheaper car vs. going to a new car lot. The reason they are cheaper then new cars is because they might come with wear and tear that new cars don't have. This is the expectation our buyers have as they enter our lot. As you were signing the papers, our financial director informed you that you have the right to buy a cancelation options which would allow you to return the car for whatever reason, but you declined. You also had the option to get the car inspected with the mechanic of your choice. You test drove the car, and looked at it several times before you committed to signing the contract and at no point was anything you mention above an issue. In addition you brought a trade-in vehicle that we gave you top dollar for, and did anything in our power to make this deal work out for you. I am surprised you are even bringing these things up after everything we did to make a smooth sales process for you. I understand it's not fun to service a vehicle, especially when it's a Mini Cooper, which is expensive to service, but that was your choice to buy a Mini Cooper all along. We let you test drive the car, we allowed you to take it to your mechanic, we allowed you to purchase a cancellation option, we reminded you several times during the sales process that this car is sold as is with no warranty and no due bills, and now you seem upset with us because the vehicle needs wiper blades and oil change which is absolutely normal process of owning a car.In regards to registration. We have a certain amount of time allowed by law and we would never go outside the time limit to register a car. Even though this deal look us an longer then normal to register the car, due to a high volume month, yet we were well within our legal time frame to register your car. There is no law that says we have to register the car within 3 days. Also, it is important to note that we gave you a 90 day trip permit on your front windshield which allows you to legally drive the car for 3 months without registration and plates. So as far as our dealership is concerned, we followed all rules and policies. In regards to paying of your vehicle. We were in contact with your bank, and certain bank policies prevented us from paying off the car right away. We have a bank that holds our titles, and your bank held your title, and it took a little bit of work to make all that go thru smoothly. As I mentioned above, we operated as fast as we could within policies. When we called your bank, they said that there was a small fee because it took longer then expected but we made sure to cover it and they specifically mentioned that your credit would not be affected. We take pride in our customer service which is why people continue to come back to us. We get back to customers as soon as possible, and though we might not have been perfect because we are only humans, I feel we have done everything we could to address every issues that came up. We regret you not recommending us, but we are confident in our staff at Karbahn, and as we addressed your file, we found that all of our staff operated within company policy, state laws, and policies governing used car dealers. To be honest, I felt like my staff went above and beyond to make this deal possible for you. If there is anything else you feel we might have done incorrectly, please let us know, but at this point, I stand by my staff.

Customer showed up at our lot looking for [redacted] Accord we told him there is 100 of people looking into buying that white accord option was giving to him to put down payment customer refuse left the lot some one walked in and paid cash and got the car. Its a first come first served with out any down...

payments we are no obligated to hold anything for any one for any reason. I will not stand any one coming to my lot and disrespect my self or my employees. Again if we dont receive down payment on the car from who ever we will not hold a car for them at any point even if they just went to grab a lunch. I hope I will never have to see that person at my lot again other wise I will have to call police officer to calm him down and get him away from our lots or any of my employees for safety reasons.

Hi [redacted], The vehicle was a consignment that was sold under our dealer name "Karbahn" This was not a vehicle I bought, or had any knowledge regarding its condition. Had I known that the car had issues, I would have made the seller who used my dealer license address the issue or not sell it at all....

At Karbahn we aim to address all issues if any mistake was made by us. But in this case, the seller "[redacted]" no longer has any business with us, and has opened up his own license and is in no way associated with us. However since you brought this up under my dealer name, I will still make every effort I can to address this issue. I will attempt to reach out to [redacted] and make him aware of this issue. I'm not sure if you tried to reach out to him or not, but I will have him contact you and so this can be resolved. Also.. Your letter says something about [redacted] the previous owner. I'm not sure who that is, and why you contacted him, or what connection he has with Karbahn. I've never had a [redacted] work at my company, so I'm not sure how to even address that issue. But I will make sure [redacted] knows about this so that you may work it out with him. Best regards, [redacted] Owner

I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle was not serviced prior to sale, when test driven they didn't even gas up the car it was empty. I would not be able to take the car to my own mechanic over 100 miles away, this was not offered nor was an option.Nothing was mentioned about service needing to be done at all. Whoever gets their cars ready for sale would have seen this needed to be done. I don't expect new, but I do expect honesty I even told them this and I would have still purchased the car. The car fax  included in the paperwork showed the cover as the car I was purchasing and the rest of the pages were of another car purposely so I would not see that it would need to be serviced. After I got the car home the next day after a the service light and another light came on  I called and asked about it and [redacted] the brother told me they did not service it because they didn't have the tool to reset it. After they had my money of course. I had to call leave voice mails and email to finally get the rest of the Car Fax and finally see that it indeed needed to be serviced. The long defensive letter I read is a clear sign of guilt. Instead of trying to make things right. It's too bad, I will not be silenced by their long letter trying to make themselves look good.

Review: I bought a vehicle from the dealer who claimed that my car had brand new tires (Run Flats) come to find out the vehicle had re-treads. I was also give the vehicle car/faxx which I believe was forged. My car's engine is going out. I purchased my vehicle less than 30 days ago and so many problems. When I contacted the owner David he told me that the vehicle is going to have issue's and he couldn't guarantee and vehicle that he sold. I paid $6,000 in cash and the car is ready to break down!Desired Settlement: I wish to have my money refunded or have the vehicle replaced after being checked by a licensed mechanic of have the items on my car fixed based upon what he told me the car had. NO RUN FLATS, ENGINE SLIPPING, BROKEN STORAGE COMPARTMENT, BROKEN ARM REST.

[redacted],

Review: I purchased a vehicle from this business May 19, 2015 and they did not service the vehicle before selling it to me. And did not tell me that it needed to be serviced.I thought this is common practice to do before you put a car on a lot to sell. The car fax they gave me was a cover for the car I was purchasing but the rest of the pages were for another vehicle same year but different vin number. maybe they were hoping I would not notice. when I asked for the correct one for my vehicle (after they got my money) I reviewed it and saw that my car in fact needed to be serviced and this was not done before it was sold to me. Also there were other things that were not mentioned that did not work like wipers, light indicator is on and service light,lighter/power plug in, missing covers to both sun visors, it also looks like there are missing fuses. These are things I have found out on my own. There were some obvious things they didn't tell me. Which is sad because I would have still bought the car, but was lied to or they didn't care enough about the business to know what they are putting on the lot. either way this just shows they don't care. This dealership also has beyond poor customer service. They don't return calls or emails,or they do after you call them. or several days later. All They want is your money. I kept having to call about my plates and registration to make sure I got them. They didn't pay off my trade for like almost 2 weeks. I called my account from they car I traded in to find out they had not been paid. Not to mention how that affected my credit. I do NOT recommend ever purchasing from this dealership!! Very unhappy with my experience. I have never had such a bad experience in purchasing a car in my life. Now I'm worried of the car I purchased from them. I don't know how these people sleep a night with a clear concious. My trade in however was immaculate with NO SERVICE ISSUES whatsoever. I even provided all my service records, so that they can sell my car for more.Desired Settlement: refunding me what the service and repairs will cost for the work that should have been done before this car was even put on the lot to sell.

Review: I traded in my vehicle on March 31st, 2016. To date, 4 weeks later, my loan on my trade in has not been paid. I gave ample time until my next car payment was due which was April 27th, yesterday. I asked on April 20th when my loan was going to be paid and I was told "it was paid today" April 20th. Then my husband asked the following week and was told "the loan was paid on Monday April 25th." Calls are NOT returned, emails are NOT returned and we are continually lied to.Desired Settlement: Overnight the monies due to the lien holder as you stated you would do. Normal business practice.

I wanted to inform you this issue has been resolved. Payment was posted to my [redacted] account.[redacted]

Review: On Tuesday, March 2, 2016, I was shopping for a car for my daughter. We had seen an add on a 2002 [redacted] Prelude being sold by Karbuhn Auto. We took the car for a drive and decided to purchase the car. We agreed on a price with the salesman of Karbuhn Auto, I told him we had $1000 dollars cash down payment and I filled out their credit application. The salesman told my duaghter and I to go have lunch and he would call me in appromately 45 minutes. So we went to a local resturant and had lunch and after 1 hour we had not heard back from the salesman yet? I had my duaghter call and she talked to another salesman who answered the phone and he informed her that someone came in and paid cash for the car??? We drove over to Karbuhn Auto and sure enough the car was gone? I asked the salesman want was going on and he told us we should not have left and someone came in and bought the car. I reminded him he is the one who told us to go have lunch and he would call us in 45 minutes. I was pretty upset and called him a few choice words and we left. I am concerned he has all my personal information and that he ran a credit check of my credit? I know my credit score is over 800 and my credit was not the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to be sure that Karbahn did not run my credit and that they do not still have my personal information. These guys have no integrity and I am amazed they are still in business!!!!

No telling how this guy stays in business and hopefully the cars he sells are not as bad as his customer service.
