Review: I placed an order for K900 emblems on October 7, 2014 for a car recently purchased. When I placed the order it showed as in stock. 2 weeks went by and no shipping confirmation came through. Received an email shortly on October 29th stating there was a was a delay and that they would ship them out asap. I continued to contact them for updates every week with no reply via email or calls. I even received an email to review my recent purcahse on november 20 2014. I sent it back to them stating I havent even received my order how could I review it? On December 10,2014 I received shipping confirmation for the products. However, when I went to track the order the tracking number doesnt work. It brings up no information. I have been trying to contact them via emails,calls and even posted on their Facebook page for information but am getting no reply at all. This company is clearing scamming people and continue to remove options from their Facebook page so that no one can now comment on their page now and cant send them any messages. they are now deleting negative posts from people having the exact same issues or other complaints.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for my order for $89.95 USD immediately

Review: Hello, my name is [redacted] (United States Marine Corps Reserve) and on March 30th 2015 I ordered two products from KarbonKoncepts through there online store (KarbonKoncepts.com) to my current address in Woodbury MN. The two products I ordered where a Carbon Fiber license plate frame (2) and a rear roof spoiler (Order #3664). The plates came in last month but the spoiler did not, but since then I have not been able to come in contact with the company via multiple emails and countless phone calls through out the week. I have copies of all the emails and phone calls as well. The total amount for the spoiler was $169.95 with shipping and handled added to that. I only received an email stating that one of my products was shipped on April 6th and since then my card has been charged for the whole amount ($211.51 March 30th. Can provide bank statement) and I have not gotten the product or a single reply to the countless attempts to reach the company through the information that is provided through their Contact Us portion of the site. I have even attempted to contact the company through Social Media Accounts as well. I have contacted a lawyer and they advised me to contact the Attorney General first. For a resolution I just wish to have my money refunded to me for the spoiler ($169.95). I have no court action pending or any lawsuits pending to the matter. I just wish to have my money refunded to me back on my card I used or by check in the mail as well as the shipping that I payed for the product to be shipped to my address. Ordering a product online then waiting three months with no replies to emails, calls, voicemails, messages through Facebook, tweets and commenting on social media is unacceptable. I was even provided a online coupon from military members and this needs to come to a resolution. I thank you for any help you can provide. Review: I ordered items two different products from this company, one of which I never received. The products were ordered in September 2014 and to this day I have yet to receive the 2nd part of my order or a refund. I have an email trail of probably 30+ messages where I've either inquired about my product(s) or requested a refund. They even lied and said the 2nd shipment was going out, provided a tracking #, then never shipped the product. I have reached out to them on [redacted] and have since been blocked. They do not respond to email, calls or any type of communication.

HORRIBLE business practice. There is NO WAY this company should still be allowed to operate. I am not the only customer to have this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the cost of the 2nd item that I never received - $75.95

Review: I bought a diffuser for $391.30 USD from them in May 2014, and was told it would take 4-8 to make a new one. I received one in September, 2014, 16 weeks after purchase. It was broken, and was not one of the new models that they said I was going to receive (hence why I agreed to wait so long). They promptly replied to my messages about the broken diffuser, and quickly dealt with the situation to get it replaced because they filed an insurance claim for the product. Please note this was the only time it was easy to communicate with the seller. I was then told a new, hand-made model would be sent to me. My messages were ignored for 2 more months after this and I was completely professional, asking politely if they could give me an update for the product. It was not until December, 2014 that they messaged me to tell me that it was almost finished, and it would be shipped before Christmas. I told him that I did not want the product anymore as I had asked for a refund with no replies before this date. All of my messages were ignored after this. I sent messages throughout January via social media pages, and received no replies. It was not until after I made a complaint with PayPal in February, 2015, that I received an Instagram message from them saying that they were sorry it was taking so long but that I would get my product soon. I told them I did not want the product anymore and I just wanted a refund. He apologized again and said, "he tends to avoid people who are upset or angry", as an explanation for ignoring me, even though I did not send any angry messages, and kept everything that I said extremely professional. He didn't reply for about a week, and then told me he would give me a refund but just needed a PayPal email. I told him my email, and didn't receive a reply for 2 weeks. He gave me another excuse for not replying, but still did not give me a refund. After posting more messages, I was blocked from their [redacted]. I have proof of my messages.Desired Settlement: I remained patient and extremely professional with them the entire time, despite their poor ability to communicate with me. In hindsight, I should have just cancelled my order and waited for the product to become available. I had no clue it would go on for this long. I gave them plenty of opportunity to correct their own mistakes and give me satisfactory customer service, which they absolutely, and utterly failed to do. All I want is to get my money back. At this point, I have spent roughly $400, and have nothing to show for it. It would be great if you could convince them to give me a refund as I have no other methods to communicate with them since they ignore all my messages, and have blocked me from their social media pages. Please let me know any other actions I can take in order to solve this problem. They also have changed their product and it is different from the one I had originally purchase - false advertising. I just want my money back, that's all it takes to solve this.

I proceeded to email the provided business email regarding my purchase but received a replay.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a full refund.

Review: On September 13, 2014, I completed a purchase from [redacted], President of Karbon Koncepts, in the amount of $3,384.00. It was never disclosed from the company that the parts were not in stock and had to be ordered. I was very patient in waiting for the parts, even though I had to initiate contact every time as I was never updated on delivery status. The agreement was that all parts would be delivered to my house. Eventually I drove to Los Angeles to pick up some of the parts, as he was unable to arrange daycare or borrow a truck to deliver them. Around November 15, 2014, I told him that I was tired of waiting and would like a refund for the undelivered parts. On November 20, 2014, I received a text from [redacted] stating that he would issue a refund. I have since emailed and sent text messages asking for a status as I have never received a refund. To date, I have heard nothing from him or the company. I have saved all emails and text messages regarding this issue. This is an unacceptable way to deal with customers, especially when I have been this patientDesired Settlement: Refund for shipping charges and undelivered parts (carbon fiber spoiler and carbon fiber rear diffuser for a 2013 Kia Optima SX-L)

Review: I ordered KIA car emblems from this company late Feb this year around the 27th. I never received products after about a week so I asked for update. I never got responses and started looking into the business. Everyone had same complaint, paid for product, never received anything. After multiple phone calls and email I called, texted, and emailed this company hundreds of time until employee got frustrated and texted me back. Finally confirmed they would refund money by email and could take up to a month. It has been over a month now and no refund yet and of course no responses back. Just want my money back and people to know what crooks these guys are and the terrible customer service. ThanksDesired Settlement: 39.95 for product

Review: I had boughten parts from this company and they ended up being the wrong size. I contacted them asking to return them and they told me to send them back and they would replace them. I paid for postage and send them to the company. It has now been almost 2 months and they will no longer return my emails or phone calls. When I called they claimed to be on the phone with a vendor but could respond via text. When I explained the issue again for almost the fifth time, they did not respond.Desired Settlement: I want my parts to be sent to me.

Review: I ordered a "K5 Emblem Set" from Karbon Koncepts in September. On December 10, I received an email from Karbon Koncepts saying to expect the item to be shipped. The email included a USPS tracking #. The USPS tracking # shows that the item was never shipped, only that the USPS was notified to expect an item.

I never received the item,and Karbon Koncepts has ignored my emails questioning this situation.

I have checked on the "OptimaForum" and there are numerous complaints from many Karbon Koncepts customers who have received similar treatment.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund for the the $71.95 I paid for order #[redacted].

Review: I ordered a product from this company and was told it would be shipped in two different orders, even though it was a kit of everything that I needed. I did receive one package with some parts. When I contacted the company and told them that I had not received the second package (the main part and the most expensive part) they told me that they would find out what had happened and would notify me. That was the last communication on the companies part, even after numerous attempts on my behalf to contact them again.Desired Settlement: I would like a return label for the parts that I did receive and a total refund of my money.

Review: I ordered emblems for my car sept 29th, at the time the website stated they were in stock. I then waited 2 weeks for the items to arrive and when they did not I attempted to call many times to find out the status of the order, after many attempts/days I was told they were on backorder and allow 2 more weeks. After those next 2 weeks passed and did not get any updates or receive any goods I again attempted many times to contact them via phone but was unable to, so I sent an email. After many days pass I get an email back saying to allow 2 more months for them to ship? I then wrote back and requested a refund and it has been 3 weeks since then and I have not gotten my refund nor are they answering my emails or phone calls over the past few weeksDesired Settlement: I just want my $69.95 refunded ASAP

Review: May of 2014 I purchased a set of emblems for my car from Karbon Concepts via their website, karbonkoncepts.com. The initial issue was, according to [redacted] (the sole proprietor) was the items were on back order. Unfortunately it took months to get that tid bit of information. I received my order in two parts of the the next 3-5 months. after only a few months, the chrome of the emblems began to flake off exposing the white plastic base. I tried calling and emailing Karbon Koncepts about the issue and after a number of attempts, finally received a reply on Nov. 1, 2014.

I had provided both the original order number and photographs of the defective parts. In response I was informed "to begin the warranty process you need to submit to us some images of the bad/defective emblems as you have done..." My current mailing address was requested and provided, and it was stated that "your warranty will be filled in approximately 10 weeks." Again this was on November 1, 2014. I have since mid January attempted to contact Karbon Koncepts regarding the status of the replacements under Warranty and they refuse to respond to emails, will not answer their phone, and do not respond to voice mails left.Desired Settlement: My preference at this point would be a full refund in the amount of $41.95
