Mr [redacted] , the consumer, was correct in contacting Karcher's consumer help line after he experienced an issue with his product While our process is that consumer's speak with one person who can resolve the issue in one call, that apparently did not occur in Mr [redacted] 's case We called Mr [redacted] and apologized for the way this issue was handled and advised we would replace the entire unit with a new one Mr [redacted] advised us that he received the replacement and that it is working well

regarding the above complaint, we have provided everything for this consumer but they have not yet tested the new part we sent This consumer is not agitated or upset and we feel strongly the part we sent will resolve the issue so we continue to need a bit more time for him to respond Thanks, [redacted] After Sales Support Manager/RBU VoIP: 7527-Phone: 303-738-

Our consumer, [redacted] , was charged for a replacement part and should received the part at no charge This required him to make several calls and ultimately submit his concern thru the Revdex.com We called [redacted] and apologized that our service center charged him and should not have and that the issue was not resolved in a timely manner We reimbursed [redacted] and sent him the replacement part at no charge We thank [redacted] for allowing us to resolve this issue as well as how we can add his experience to our training program to preclude such situations

We immediately contacted [redacted].  His Karcher product was at a service center awaiting repairs but taking too long.  We escalated the issue, shipped the needed parts, updated him of the progress, repaired his machine and he picked it up on Friday Sept 15.  I contacted him that...

day and he was happy with the outcome and was going to test the unit last weekend.  At this time, the issue is resolved to his satisfaction.

Consumer [redacted] is correct wherein she should be able to cancel an order but due to the time delay in processing her original order, the customer service team did not find her order when she called to cancel and by the time she called back to cancel, the order shipped.  For that, we...

sincerely apologize and assisted her in returning the product, paying for the freight return and confirming her account was credited.  Karcher is reviewing our process to avoid such issues in the future.

This issue has been resolved.  It involved the delivery of new product to the wrong address involving two hotels 3 blocks apart, which at one time had the same name, and are both accounts of Karcher.  Karcher delivered several vacuum cleaners to the wrong hotel.  We were not aware of...

the shipping error until [redacted] with the [redacted] submitted the issue after multiple attempts to resolve it thru his contacts.We worked with [redacted] with the [redacted] and provided pre-paid shipping to move the products to the correct location after contacting both locations   I spoke with [redacted] and he is satisfied.  We also thank him for making us aware of the shipping error.
