Ordered product from website website says item was in stock and which ship within to business days item was shipped business days later and had to make numerous phone calls to get contact and tracking information made contact with Sean from hand trucks.com to discuss situation can they accepted zero responsibility for their advertising and slow shipping would have not chosen to order from this company had I known they did not have item in stock and would not ship as advertised when talking to Sean he kept asking if I was calling him a liar he was more concerned whether I was calling him a liar instead of fixing the problem fact is item shipped out for days instead of two and item was not in stock they drop ship from manufacturer
