Review: Kardesh Jewelers sells watches on [redacted] under the d/b/a "GENUINE WATCHES." My wife bought an expensive Victorinox watch from Kardesh on [redacted] for my birthday and it turned out to be broken. My wife notified Kardesh that the watch was broken, but Kardesh tricked her into keeping the watch beyond [redacted]'s return period by asking her to have the watch checked for battery issues. For warranty reasons the watch could only be opened at an authorized service center, which required mailing both ways. After the service center diagnosed the problem as mechanical, Kardesh wouldn't refund her money and falsely canceled a return that she had started on [redacted]. Kardesh eventually agreed to accept the watch back for repair, but shipped the watch back to her still broken. When my wife contacted Kardesh about the watch still being broken, Kardesh stopped returning her emails. In total we tried to work with Kardesh on this watch for six months and have spent another two months working with [redacted]. But after 90 days, [redacted] can't do much to a third party seller like Kardesh.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund. We do not want another watch from Kardesh Jewelers.
