Review: I ordered embossed custom bracelets through the online store [redacted], operated by Kardwell International, INC The ordered consisted of 2 different customized lettering on the bracelets. When the ordered arrive, the embossing/personalization was incorrect. The wrist bands arrived with an incorrect embossing and the company refuses to refund or correct the problem. The original customization was sent via fax to the company clearly stating the phrases to be embossed on the bracelets. I have the documentation to show the correct embossing and the company continues to NOT listen to the complaint and will NOT issue a refund or to fix the problem. IT is clearly the fault of the company. We have been strung along for over 1 month now with promises that somebody would call us back. Additionally, I have been given false information in regards to the names of sales associates that I have been communicating with over the phone. We are put on hold for really long periods of time only to be told they could leave a message for the salesman. They told me that we could REorder and they would give us 5% off the new order. This is a complete waste of time.Desired Settlement: I would like a personal call from the management of this company along with a full replacement of the product with the correct information that was originally ordered.
