Please see the Phone Log and Work Order attached KareCondo is merely the administrative and operational Agent for the Board of Directors, we are not the actual snow plow contractor Our goal is to interact with the membership and contractors on behalf of the Board in an attempt to have everyone’s expectations met Unfortunately, this snow event was continuous over a day and ½ period of time As the ***’ stated, their driveway was plowed, just not to their standards As you can see form the attached Phone Log and Work Order, a request for action was made just after Mrs [redacted] called on the morning of 12/13/ Because of the continuous snow event, the contractor wasn’t able to immediately respond However, their driveway was plowed again that afternoon and night I can only ask the ***’ to understand that during a snow event we do the best we can do to communicate expectations to the snow removal companies, but ultimately, we do not manage those companies and cannot control their actions After reviewing this event and time frame, I believe that action was taken within a reasonable amount of time considering no one was aware of their specific needs prior to the snow event Thank you

everyone’s expectations met. Unfortunately, this snow event was continuous over a day and ½ period of time. As the [redacted]’ stated, their driveway was plowed, just not to their standards. As you can see form the attached Phone Log and Work Order, a request for action was made just after Mrs. [redacted] called on the morning of 12/13/17. Because of the continuous snow event, the contractor wasn’t able to immediately respond. However, their driveway was plowed again that afternoon and night. I can only ask the [redacted]’ to understand that during a snow event we do the best we can do to communicate expectations to the snow removal companies, but ultimately, we do not manage those companies and cannot control their actions. After reviewing this event and time frame, I believe that action was taken within a reasonable amount of time considering no one was aware of their specific needs prior to the snow event. Thank you
