I purchased the PC Pandora software in 2014 and though it did most of what they say it will, their customer service is horrible. I had trouble getting it to work on one of my kid\'s computers and though I emailed several times, including emailing people on their website such as media relations, etc. Got a response from one guy who said he would pass it on to support but nothing ever happened there. Posted on their [redacted] again, nothing. Now the program is not working on the other computer and I still can\'t get a response from them. Stay away! I\'m going to have to go with a different software. I need a company that can answer questions and help if need be. They also didn\'t send me all the software I paid for. I bought the package that included extra software on a thumb drive, never got the thumb drive. Ripped me off! Stay away from PC Pandora!
