Greeting, I am, owner of [redacted] salon and Spa, responding to the office regarding the complaint was file by [redacted] case # [redacted] received a hair cut service with the salon on 9/29/(the service cost $and tip $10.00)I have her pictures attached [redacted] was very happy with her hair cut, she tipped ***(the stylist) $and took pictures to post on her instagram and also allowed us to take her picture for our portfolioA day later, [redacted] called back and addressed her concern of not able to style her short hair as she like itI took the call and suggested that she would need hair styling products to work with short hair and offered her to come in to pick up FREE styling products from us [redacted] refused the offer and want the full refund of the service and tips backPer the pictures of the designed look and her hair that [redacted] did for her, we have delivered the service and [redacted] was happy with it as she left the salonTo demanded the full refund was very unreasonableWe will continue to offer the FREE styling products to [redacted] but not give her the full refundThanks for your time to consider this matterAny question, please contact: [redacted] (***) [redacted] ###-###-#### Sincerely Yours,

I am rejecting this response because: I did not call back a day later, my call records even state that I called hours after the service ( when getting home) that I wasn’t happy with my cutI never posted pictures of my cut nor did I personally take any pictures to do so; I did however let the stylist take a few photos for her recordsFor [redacted] to state that I was happy isn’t for her to decideI called about times trying to speak with her and she won’t return my callsTo fly out to California for a few days to attend a funeral and then try to find another arrangement to make it back to the salon IS UNREASONABLE, not me asking for my money back on a haircut that to this day is still uneven and disconnected.?
