The owner, [redacted], was very timely and professional in handling a job for me. I am an out-of-town landlord and needed a carpenter that was not only competent, but on time and reliable.
I had three different "handyman" types tell me that my job was no problem only to show up to quote the job and say it was not the kind of job they do or some other lame excuse, or agree to do work and then not show.
[redacted] showed up when he said he would, assured me that my job was not a problem and that he could have it done by a certain date and for a set price, which he did.
I now have a reliable person I can count on when I can't be there.
