This should be removed no matter what because the contractor of record is Adam Michael Custom Homes, LLC and Montalvo filed it on the Revdex.com under Adam Michael Homes, LTDThe are not affiliated and The agreement with The *** is with Adam Michael Custom Homes, LLC. However, even with that, this is seemingly frustrating for the buyer and they know they were wrong and were called out on itThe buyer designed a plan in a subdivision that had HOA restrictionsThe *** asked that they turn the Garage into a Living CasitaAMCH advised The *** against doing this knowing it was against the restrictionsThe *** opted to do it anywayAMCH had The *** sign a waiver for thisThe *** being the property owner, submitted the plans to the HOA committee with the plans showing a garage and had AMCH build the garage as living spaceDuring the framing of the house, The HOA found out and sent The *** a cease and desistThe *** hired an attorney against the HOA to try and get The HOA to approve the living casitaThat ended up being denied by The HOA and AMCH is charging the *** to convert the living space inside the garage back into a functional operating garagePlease see the attached waiver The *** signed. I am rejecting this response because:I will not be removing this review regardless of technicalities that it was filed under. You can say what you want but everything that was done with the house was per your advise. You are the builder and the contractor and you knowingly provided faulty and misguided advise. During the construction phase he claims here, the builder himself sabotaged the build as means to intimidate us. He essentially played a game of raffle-tell by reporting us to the HOA. He got us to sign a waiver on it and now looking back we should have have it all reviewed by a lawyer. The lesson has been learned but it should be known that you abused the trust that we had put on you. Just like your dad and your family have been to jail to include DUIs, assault and fraudulent transactions, you are following the same business model for which all consumers should be aware off. Legal matters such as what I am claiming here are public record. This bussines seem to have originated in Arizona, perhaps moved to Texas trying to run away from practices there, who knows.  However, we are still waiting on construction to resume

[redacted],I am also a Minority. The specifications showed Siding from the get go. The plan did show Stucco at once but it was a mistake and I quickly noticed the mistake and sent the correction to [redacted]. [redacted] responded and approved the change and said thank you. At that time, I did not copy you because at the start of the process you had made threatening remarks to me and your wife had halted you from further communication with the builder. Maybe you need to check with her to review the documentation. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:completely incorrect and unacceptable statement. I did not allow you to bully me then nor will I let you now. As I had stated before, since the beginning of this process, you are trying to squeeze money from us for a price for which we had agreeed And we had signed for. There are stipulations for which we understood there would be extra charges . Trying to pull a fast one is not good business dealings and hence why you are probably not a Revdex.com member. You gave not built trust, told the truth, lack transparency, have not honor any promises for which you had agreed verbally (you or [redacted]), are not responsive as you are avoiding calls to resolve this professionally and as far as I can tell, you lack integrity. I did 20 years in the military and value good service, excellence and integrity. Your mistakes are not our fault. Then keep better track of your deals or do corrections accordingly And the right way and not left to assumptions. We were not aware, I repeat, we were not aware of such change. You changed that to save your margin and I am sure you were hoping it would not get caught or noticed by adding such a general line to the contract. If you felt threatened of me because of my bluntness and straightforwardness is because I will not be taken advantage off and you have tried to do that from the get go. I have emails on that as well. And text messages.  As I said before, you have been trying to take advantage of a disable veteran and Me as a minority to your own gain. and just because you are a business and now claiming you are a minority’s it does not mean I will allow you to take advantage of me, my family and what we had worked for so hard any further. We have tried to contact you to come to a resolution but you are not answering calls or returning them. It figures, previous complaints from other clients went unanswered so it shows the kind of service we should have expected from the beginning. Your actions show the kind of service other disabled military members and minorities can receive from you.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: plans that were signed on July 10 and contract reflect that halouse is to have stucco. Builder claims that we did not read the contract because it stated “siding per specifications” the specifications we signed for were for stucco and builder made a change on. A submission to the HOA on July 27 for which we did not agree. He can send all threatening messages he want that I might have sent. I am tired of this con of a builder trying to play me for a fool as I ma a disabled veteran and a minority. He thinks that because I may have an accent I am stupid and he can scare me and threaten me. My frustration has reached a limit and he needs to be exposed for what he is. A con with a building lincense. We also have emails and the thread clearly ready, per legal counsel, that he was Antigonizing me in means to intimidate. He has not returned calls and is in breach of contract as he does not want to work a resolution after illegal changes he made without our consent or signature and now claims he has evidence. Go ahead send what you have. I have nothing to hide. The response provided by this business sounds that of a. Immature business owner that is a bully. Wait until I send the Revdex.com your nasty threatening emails and all the paperwork I have to back up your false claim

This client purchased a Spec home we had for sale. We had a pre-closing walk thru list prior to her closing and moving into the home. All items were completed. The agreement says after the pre-close walk all non emergency warranty items will be addressed within a year. None of the items addressed...

were emergency items. Even though she purchased a spec home and AMH completed the buyers pre-close walk list, all items were still completed. Even items that were warrantable after the face. AMH was not held responsible to complete the items but out of good faith still completed them for the client. Sorry if it took longer than expected for her. They were all done though and there was no timeline to complete them as we were not even required to complete them. We have not heard from the buyer since late 2016. Warmest regards,[redacted]
