Review: In January 2008, Karen Yager took 30 pieces of my art work to repair steam damage, paid for by my
insurers Fireman's Fund.
As of August 2014, [redacted] returned all but 1 picture, the frame it came in, and a floating strip frame from
another painting that she returned. She does not respond to me or my attorney and exhibits no urgency about
finishing and returning these three remaining pieces.
My lawyer [redacted] has $750 in escrow to be paid to [redacted] when these pieces are returned.
[redacted] also exhibits no urgency about getting these pieces finished and returned.Desired Settlement: [redacted] promised to finish and return the 30 pieces quickly... from which I inferred weeks or perhaps months.
It is now 7 years and 10 months.
I just want my pieces returned. I also dispute that she should have been paid as much after this long delay as
she contracted for based on the timely return of my pieces. This delay has cost me a great deal in lost business,
as these pieces are both for sale and samples from which other sales could be contracted.

Review: A wood carving was delivered to Karen Yager for repair in in March of 2013. She promised it would be done in August of 2013. She has said many times over the past year that she would have it next week, or in 2 weeks, and then that it was finished. She also promised to arrange to deliver it to the client who lives in Manhattan. She has stopped answering her phone and does not respond to letters or emails.Desired Settlement: I want her to deliver the repaired piece to the client as promised.
