I have been trying to resolve a canceled reservation that was not refunded for several months I have spoken with representatives, sent multiple emails, tried the feedback link, but it does not work and tried calling every number I could find and left messages I never received any response, so I recently got my credit card company involved They said Skylink Travel requested I contact them directly, but did not leave a way to actually contact them I have tried every avenue I could find to try to contact someone that could help in the company to no avail
I called and was looking at flights on January 25, There were a couple reservations make that were very quickly canceled When I asked about the refund, I was told it could take a few days to show on my statement One charge was refunded quickly, but the other was not Having been told it could take a few days, I did not think anything of it, especially since the other was refunded.
