has been resolved.
His book order was shipped to him, upgraded to Priority Mail at no charge....

We apologized for the delay, further giving him the opportunity to cancel his order if he wished.  He was not charged for his order, as the order was not shipped prior to his inquiry. The unfortunate situation here was explained to him and internal changes were also made here, including firing some personal from this operation.This was a regrettable employee situation, and it has been addressed.

Review: 1. Ordered a book in early Dec with priority shipping for Christmas arrival2. Having an emergency surgery and a three day stay in the hospital I fully expected to be delivered when I got home.. 3. With no book I send three emails requesting status - NO RESPONSE.4. Called and talked with [redacted] and was informed that there was a problem with the Credit Card5. I asked why didn't someone call or email and we could fix the issue.6. Told [redacted] that since it was now after Christmas - I didn't need priority shipping7. I was told I would have to cancel and reorder with media (book-rate) shipping8. Again I waited for the book - now mid-January - called and was told the book is now out-of-stock and a reorder will be placed.9. Finally got an email that the book was returned to them - bad address.10. They shipped to a wrong address - the correct address is correctly shown on-line for my account11. [redacted]'s email said this was not the first time they tried shipping - again why didn't someone call or email regarding the shipping address. Or why didn't someone at Karen's Book look at my account and see the correct address.12. I replied back that they shipped to the wrong address13. [redacted] response to this was 'and I am I no mood to try and please a customer who cant be please'14. I can't be please because they shipped to a wrong address?15. At no time did they even suggest fixing their error and mailing to the correct address16 I am now waiting (since they seem to refuse to ship to the correct address) for a credit for the charge they placed on my credit card.There is complete lack of communication with the customer from Karen's Books. They have some system issues in that what is visible to me on-line is not what they used for shipment.Desired Settlement: I either want an immediate shipment to the correct address and an apology for stating that it was implied that I was in the wrong and was a customer that can't be pleased. OR an immediate credit for the charge.
