Kareo has been and continues to be the absolute worst "billing" company I have ever dealt with. They have cost our practice thousands of dollars in later filing, denials, angry pts who receive bills when they shouldn't, adding or changing our coding without consulting our office, absolutely ZERO communication. When I finally was able to get in touch with someone today (after waiting for 4 months!!) I was told "well we aren't professional coders, what do you want?!" Are you kidding me?!?! If you are in the market for a billing company...STAY AWAY FROM KAREO!!!!","neg-1
